Because our gaming slots are reserved exclusively for your team with dedicated Game Masters and specialized venue allocation, the following cancellation, rescheduling, and refund rules apply to all bookings.

2. How to Request a Cancellation or Reschedule
To cancel or reschedule your reserved session, simply contact our support team using any of the following channels at least 24 hours before your booked time:

3.Refund Processing Method & Turnaround Time
All approved refunds are credited back directly to the original source payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI ID, net banking account, or digital wallet) utilized during checkout via our authorized payment aggregators (Cashfree Payments / Razorpay).
Refund Settlement SLA: 5 to 7 Working Days
Once a refund is initiated by Adventure Grid LLP, banking networks and payment aggregators typically complete the credit in 5 to 7 business days. You will receive an automated confirmation email with the gateway refund reference number (ARN/RRN).
4.Technical Outages, Unforeseen Venue Closures & Force Majeure
In the rare event that a session must be paused, cancelled, or aborted due to technical hardware malfunctions, electrical grid disruptions, government health directives, or force majeure events beyond Adventure Grid LLP's reasonable control, guests will be offered:
- A 100% full refund processed within 5-7 business days, OR
- A priority complimentary reschedule voucher for any future slot or date of their choice.
5.Gift Vouchers & Corporate Bookings Policy
- Gift Vouchers: Digital and physical gift vouchers purchased through our website are non-refundable for cash but remain fully transferable and valid for game redemptions for 12 months from the date of issuance.
- Corporate & Large Group Events: Custom terms outlined in individual corporate service contracts and booking invoices signed with Adventure Grid LLP shall take precedence for large group reservations.
