1.Booking, Payments & Confirmations

Slot reservations are confirmed upon successful completion of online payment via our authorized payment partners (Cashfree Payments / Razorpay) or at our reception counter. A digital confirmation with a unique Booking ID is dispatched via email and WhatsApp.

Prices displayed on our platform are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless explicitly noted otherwise.

2.Mandatory Arrival & Check-In Protocol

• 15-Minute Prior Arrival: All participants must arrive at the designated venue at least 15 minutes before their scheduled start time for security check-in, orientation, waiver signing, and rules briefing.
• Late Arrivals: Game sessions operate on strict schedule timers. If your team arrives late, your playing time will be proportionately curtailed to prevent disruptions for subsequent booked slots. No refund or compensation is provided for reduced time due to late arrival.

3.Escape Room Venue & Gameplay Rules (RareEscape)

• No Brute Force: Puzzles are solved through logic, observation, and intellect. Forcing furniture, breaking props, or tampering with electrical wiring and security cameras is strictly prohibited.
• No Mobile Phones or Recording: Mobile phones, cameras, flashlights, and recording equipment must be deposited in the secure complimentary lockers before entering the rooms. Taking photos or videos inside the puzzle chambers is strictly forbidden to preserve mystery for future escapers.
• Emergency Exits: All escape rooms feature illuminated emergency exit buttons and continuous CCTV monitoring by our Game Masters. Participants can exit at any moment in an emergency.

4. Laser Tag Arena Rules (Laser Battle Arena)

• Tactical Equipment: Guests must treat sensory vests, optical phasers, and base targets with due care. Equipment is calibrated for safe infrared optical targeting and does not emit harmful laser radiation.
• Safety in Arena: Running, tackling, physical contact, climbing on arena partitions, or sitting on arena obstacles is strictly prohibited. Players must wear closed-toe flat shoes at all times.

5.Code of Conduct & Sobriety Policy

Adventure Grid LLP maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against alcohol, narcotics, smoking, vaping, and aggressive or disrespectful behavior toward staff or fellow guests.

Management reserves the complete right of admission. Any guest suspected of being intoxicated or failing to abide by safety rules will be denied entry or ejected immediately without any refund.

6.Health & Physical Advisories

Certain escape room themes and laser tag arenas feature low lighting, atmospheric haze/smoke effects, strobing lights, and audio tension.

Guests with severe claustrophobia, heart conditions, epilepsy, or expectant mothers should consult venue staff prior to booking or game entry.

7.Property Damage & Equipment Liability

Any intentional damage, vandalism, or theft of electronic systems, sensory vests, phasers, thematic artifacts, or venue infrastructure will result in immediate termination of the session and the responsible guest or group will be billed for the full replacement and repair costs.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All game designs, narratives, riddles, brand trademarks, logos, audio tracks, and website contents are the proprietary intellectual property of Adventure Grid LLP. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.
